                        The Buyer/Venue agree to provide for ARTIST , (at NO Expense to the ARTIST) the following Items as listed below.
Instruments:
  (   ) Grand Piano.        Baldwin,  Steinway, Yamaha,
                                    The Piano shall be Professionally Tuned and in good Performance Condition before Sound Check.

  (   ) Hammond B3     W/ Leslie in good Performance Condition.

  (   ) Yamaha DX-7     W/ ALL Pedals and Cords.

  (   ) Roland D-70      W/ ALL  Pedals and Cords.

 Sound:
  Venues will provide House Sound System and Monitors.
Additional Equipment:
  (   ) 2 Way Speakers                                        1pr. of 2 Way Speakers For Keys w/ Speaker Cords
                                                                        Ramsa SW500, EAW 15"w/horn, JBL 15"w/horn..

  (   ) 12 ch Mixer                                             Yamaha, Mackie, Soundcraft,
                                                                        ( Mixer may be powered. But must have at least
                                                                        200 watts per side or 300 watts Mono.)

  (   ) Power Amp  Crest, BGW, Crown,           200 watts per side @ 8ohm. or better.
